.يتم إدخال جلسات العلاج الطبيعي من قبل الطبيب المختص

.يتم اخد الموافقة من شركة التأمين

.جلسة العلاج تبدأ على رأس الساعة واي تأخير من المريض سوف يحسب من وقت الجل

.ترتيب المواعيد بالاتفاق مع المريض واعطاء كرت بالمواعي

.يجب انهاء الجلسات الموافق عليها خلال 45 يوم عمل من تاريخ زيارة الطبيب، غير ذلك سوف يتم ارسال المطالبة بالجلسات التي تم اخدها

.يتم التوقيع على الجلسات كل جلسة بتاريخ الحضورعليها

.في حال أراد المريض أن يلغي موعده، يجب إعلام المركز بذلك قبل 4 ساعات على الأقل من خلال الاتصال او ارسال رسالة

.الاعتذار عن الحضور في الوقت المحدد يعني بإن الجلسة سوف يتم احتسابها على المريض

Instructions for Insurance Patients:

• Physiotherapy sessions are entered by the attending Doctor.

• Approval is obtained from the insurance company.

• Treatment sessions start exactly on the hour. Any delay by the patient will be deducted from the session time.

• Appointments are scheduled in agreement with the patient, and an appointment card is provided.

• All approved sessions must be completed within 45 working days from the date of the Doctors visit. Otherwise, the claim will be submitted only for the sessions already attended.

• Each session must be signed and dated on the day of attendance.

• If the patient wishes to cancel an appointment, the center must be informed at least 4 hours in advance by phone call or message.

• Failure to attend at the scheduled time will result in the session being charged to the patient.
