Lymphatic Drainage Massage (LDM) is a specialized form of massage that uses ‎gentle, targeted pressure to stimulate the natural drainage of lymphatic fluid from ‎the peripheral tissues to the cardiovascular system. LDM should not be confused ‎with traditional massage.‎
Lymphatic drainage can be performed manually or with specialized machines. ‎One of the primary indications for lymphatic drainage is the treatment of ‎lymphoedema (fluid retention and tissue swelling), often following procedures ‎such as liposuction, tummy tucks, and other surgeries.‎
