Shoulder Department

Shoulder Department

The establishment of the new shoulder department marks a significant milestone ‎in elevating Physiomedic to a higher level of care. In collaboration with Shoulder ‎Academy-Italy, we have opened a specialized shoulder department dedicated to ‎the treatment of various shoulder issues, ranging from simple tendinitis to more ‎complex conditions such as scapular dyskinesia, sports injuries and post-surgical ‎rehabilitation.‎
Our specialist physiotherapists are equipped to conduct comprehensive shoulder ‎assessment and develop individualized rehabilitation programs for each patient. ‎
We address a wide range of conditions, including:‎
• Acute and chronic rotator cuff tendinitis.‎
• Partial and complete rotator cuff tears.‎
• Adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder).‎
• Shoulder instability, which can result from muscle weakness, muscle ‎imbalance, or a labral tear, and may lead to conditions such as shoulder ‎dislocation.‎
• Winging scapula.‎
• Post-traumatic fractures treated conservatively.‎
• Post-traumatic fractures treated with ORIF (Open Reduction and Internal ‎Fixation).‎
• Calcific tendinitis and bursitis.‎
We are also committed to fostering close and collaborative relationships with ‎orthopedic surgeons, ensuring open channels of communication and keeping ‎them informed about the progress of our shared patients.‎
