regain functional capacity after injury. At Physio Medic, our therapists are ‎equipped with the skills, tools, and expertise to create a personalized program tailored ‎to your needs.‎

Deep Tissue Massage

(DTM) is designed to address chronic tension in the deeper layers of muscle in your ‎body. DTM works to lengthen and relax these deep tissues.‎

Myofascial Release

Myofascial release is a type of physical therapy that combines massage and specific ‎stretching techniques to help relieve muscle stiffness and tightness.‎

Joint mobilization

This type of manual therapy involves the passive movement of specific joints. Our ‎trained physical therapists use their hands to mobilize the affected joint.‎

‎Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

It is a holistic treatment approach for various issues, including reducing stress, ‎relieving headaches, TMJ pain, tension, and more. In brief, Craniosacral Therapy ‎‎(CST) focuses on removing restrictions in the body and improving well-being through ‎very gentle touch. Our technical manager is a certified Craniosacral Therapist from ‎the John Upledger Institute in the USA.‎

When nerves are damaged or injured due to trauma or various medical and ‎neurological conditions, muscle movement patterns can be disrupted. ‎Neuromuscular re-education is a technique used by physical therapists to help ‎restore normal movement and muscle function.‎

Tecar Therapy

This advanced technology accelerates your body’s internal healing mechanisms by ‎promoting fluid drainage and tissue repair. It operates in two modes:‎
‎1.‎Capacitive: Targets tissues with higher electrolytic content, such as soft tissues, ‎muscles, and lymphatic vessels.‎
‎2.‎Resistive: Targets tissues with higher resistance, such as bones, tendons, and ‎joints.‎

Laser Therapy

Laser therapy targets injured and inflamed deep tissues with light energy, stimulating ‎damaged cells to heal and increasing blood circulation in the affected area.‎

Shock Wave Therapy (SWT)

Shockwave Therapy (SWT) promotes neovascularization at the tendon-bone junction ‎and enhances blood circulation‎

Electromagnetic stimulation

SIS is designed to treat: ‎
‎1.‎Painful neuromuscular and joint conditions.‎
‎2.‎Denervated muscles.‎
‎3.‎Muscle weakness.‎
‎4.‎Fracture healing.‎

Hyperthermia (Deep Heat)

The thermal effect penetrates up to 7 cm, with treatment temperatures ranging ‎from 39°C to 42°C. This therapy results in quicker recovery for many ‎musculoskeletal issues and chronic joint problems, such as osteoarthritis.‎

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage treatment helps to reduce swelling, improve circulation, and ‎enhance the immune system by facilitating the removal of toxins and waste ‎products. It is particularly beneficial for individuals recovering from surgery, ‎experiencing lymphedema, or dealing with chronic conditions.‎
Programs may include, manual lymphatic drainage, mechanical lymphatic ‎drainage, and lymphedema safe exercises.‎

Ultrasound Therapy

Ultrasound therapy helps relieve pain, increase blood flow and reduce swelling and ‎inflammation. ‎

Electrotherapy

Electrotherapy is a safe and effective treatment method that provides pain relief and ‎aids recovery from various conditions. Electrotherapy devices use self-adhesive ‎electrodes placed around the targeted area of the body. Electricity passes through ‎the electrodes, interacting with sensory and/or motor nerves.‎
